\n\n\nInternship Dates:\n\n\nStart Date: 6/9/2025\n\nEnd Date: 02/27/2026\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJob Summary: This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Denver Broncos Football Club’s marketing, sponsorship, ticket sales, premium seating teams, and the Stadium Management Company, to create print and digital assets. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a positive attitude who thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nInvolvement in the day-to-day design and brand management by:\n\n\nAssisting with the creation of print and digital assets for branding, campaigns, social media, website, email, and in-stadium graphics.\n\nEnsuring the design and all assets are delivered to specifications on time with attention to detail and within established brand standards.\n\n\n\n\nImpact the team’s brand development by:\n\n\nStaying up-to-date on design trends and sports branding to bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.\n\nProviding support to social, content, and video verticals when needed.\n\n\n\n\nManage department administrative functions by:\n\n\nMaintaining an efficient file storage process.\n\nKeeping the designer dashboard up-to-date and clearly communicating design timelines.\n\nOther duties as assigned by Manager of UX & Digital Design and Creative Director.\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n\nDegree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or equivalent experience.\n\nSix months of experience working in a professional environment using graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\n\nStrong problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to take creative direction, iterate efficiently, and develop compelling design solutions\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nUnderstanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.\n\nMust be available to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for game days and special events.\n\nDesign portfolio\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills & Ability \n\n\nKnowledge and/or experience in the professional sports industry a plus\n\nAbility to work within tight deadlines.\n\nAbility to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including multiple concurrent projects across stakeholder groups.\n\nExperience working within a project management system.\n\nWorking knowledge of Figma.\n\n\n\n\nIn accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.\n\nThis job posting will remain open until we have identified an adequate applicant pool.
