Remote Financial Reporting Manager
\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWe are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager who will help us to create financial statements of legal entities in different countries, keep financial records and general ledger and automate accounting processes.\n\n\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:\n\n* Perform complex general ledger accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with relevant regulations\n\n* Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure the accuracy of financial reports\n\n* Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for companies in different countries\n\n* Adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) \n\n* Review and analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement\n\n* Develop and implement internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations\n\n* Manage the preparation of external financial reports for regulatory agencies (e.g. VAT Returns in UAE)\n\n* Analyze financial documents and provide advice to management on financial decisions\n\n* Implement new accounting software, enhancing overall productivity and data accuracy\n\n* Communicate with other departments, external auditors, and consultants.\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:\n\n* 5+ years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting\n\n* Excellent knowledge of IFRS\n\n* Experience in working with auditors and consultants\n\n* Experience in automatization of accounting processes and ERP implementation is a plus\n\n* Experience in Caseware as advantage\n\n* Team player with excellent communication skills\n\n* Can-do attitude toward challenges\n\n* Willingness to solve "out of the box" tasks\n\n* Fluent English\n\n\n\n\n\nWHY SHOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM?\n\n* Great challenges with various opportunities to prove your talents\n\n* A welcoming international team of highly qualified professionals\n\n* Remote work from anywhere in the world\n\n* Great corporate culture with internal events\n\n* Supportive and empowering environment\n\n* Flexible schedule\n\n* 40 paid days off\n\n* Competitive salary\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
