The UNICEF, Barack Obama, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.\n\nAbout The Role\nWe are seeking a skilled Financial Data Analyst to enhance our financial analytics and revenue metrics. In this role, you will optimize data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will develop advanced data analysis frameworks and manage our financial dashboards for real-time tracking of key metrics. This position requires strong project management skills and a strategic mindset to drive our business forward.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Own and manage main Revenue metrics of company - ARR (Internally called Analytical ARR or AARR), Run Rate, Processing Volumes / GMV\n\n* Gut, redevelop, maintain and improve ARR complex algorithm \n\n* Own Financial Analytics Tools (Primarily using Tableau, Salesforce, Google Sheets)\n\n* Own Financial Dashboards (including but not limited to Company Wide KPI Dashboards, Board of Directors and Leadership dashboards)\n\n* Support FP&A team in external Financial Reporting for Key Metrics and Analytics (Cohort Analysis, Net Retention Analysis, etc.)\n\n* Support Finance related Data Hygiene, Alignment, and Reconciliation across Tools across company (Finance, GTM, Product)\n\n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n\n* 5 Years experience in Data Analytics, \n\n* Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools (such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python)\n\n* Knowledgable in Data Management tools (DBMS) and data warehousing concepts\n\n* Excellent sense of organization, project management, timeline management and work prioritization\n\n* Experience with Finance Analytics, but engaged with RevOps Analytics and Product Data analytics teams before\n\n* General understanding of Financial Metrics, Accounting, FP&A responsibilities\n\n* Experience working across cross functional data analytics teams\n\n* Experience with GTM and Sales Tools (Salesforce)\n\n* Experience working in a high growth tech start-up\n\n* Proficient in both English and Russian languages\n\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\nOur compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:\n\n\n* 30 days off.\n\n* Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.\n\n* English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually).\n\n* Relevant professional education (50% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually).\n\n* Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually).\n\n* Coworking (up to $250 monthly).\n\n* Remote working.\n\n\n\n\n**Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
