Remote Data Analyst

We prioritize customer satisfaction and, as tech enthusiasts, develop innovative solutions that bolster our brand.You will* Analyze large, complex datasets (on-chain and off-chain) to derive strategic and product insights\n* Develop models and dashboards to monitor validator performance, user behavior, and protocol performance\n* Investigate network economics, user incentives, and staking flows to support growth strategies, research new revenue opportunities\n* Conduct exploratory and root-cause analysis of ecosystem or performance changes\n* Build data tools and reporting frameworks to scale internal decision-making\n* Present insights and data stories clearly to technical and non-technical audiences\n\nYou have* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, strategy, or research roles in tech, fintech, or crypto\n* Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python (must be comfortable working with large, complex datasets)\n* Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills – ability to work from ambiguous problem statements to clear recommendations\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)\n* Experience with data visualization tools like Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau\n* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field\n\nNice to have* Prior work in Web3, or an active interest in the crypto space\n* Experience with blockchain data platforms: Dune Analytics, The Graph, Flipside, etc.\n* Exposure to staking protocols, validator infrastructure, or DeFi analytics\n* Experience of building data pipelines with tools like dbt, Airflow etc.\n\nAt P2P.org we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture.
