We are well-funded, growing fast, and building a company that is changing the market — it will be challenging, fun and exciting.\n\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a team member of the RainFocus Client Success organization, the Associate Solution Consultant is critical to driving post-sale client implementations at RainFocus. As a member of a team, the Associate Solution Consultant is responsible for working alongside Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to consult on platform configuration best practices, drive requirements, design and configure solutions and educate our clients on the implemented RainFocus toolset.  \n\n\nWe need collaborative, energetic team members who are capable of becoming experts in RainFocus products, industry best practices, and who work well within small, focused teams.  Solution Consultants are thought leaders within the Client Success organization and often assume additional responsibilities to mentor, train and build the consulting skill set with their peers. \n\n\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n* Technical \n* Become an expert in RainFocus platform\n* Train client admins on the RainFocus tools and processes as necessary\n* Configure the RainFocus platform\n\n\n\n* Analysis / Business Acumen\n* Work with clients to identify business requirements\n* Facilitate holistic system configuration\n* Identify and mitigate risks to achieve implementation success\n\n\n\n* Domain / Industry Knowledge\n* Follow best practices for implementing RainFocus products\n* Consult with clients on new ideas and best practices\n\n\n\n* Communication\n* Document requirements, solution designs and testing plans\n* Provide regular updates on milestones and tasks to project managers\n* Engage in regular touch points with internal and client teams\n* Communicate issues and risks to project managers and leadership\n\n\n\n* Organization\n* Balance priorities across multiple assignments\n* Thoroughly track tasks and complete all assignments on time\n* Contribute to implementation tools, processes and templates\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n* Has software implementation experience (less than 3 years) \n* Solutions delivery through platform configuration, not custom development.\n* Ability to think strategically to ensure solution supports business goals\n* Ability to work independently, problem-solve, improvise\n* Perform consistently under pressure \n* Great communication skills, both written and verbal\n* Team players only\n* Must be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n* Experience implementing SaaS platforms for Enterprise level clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.\n* Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design, including outlining and measuring adoption, both internal and client-facing.\n* Proven track record in delivering innovative and creative solutions\n* Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON\n\n\n\nPersonal Characteristics\n* The best candidates for this position will need to have strong chemistry and a culture fit within RainFocus.
