\nNuData Security is looking for two sales engineers, one focused on e-commerce and one on the financial industry, to add to our growing Customer Success Team. \n\nNuData Security is a leader in web and mobile risk-based behavioral analytics. We are headquartered in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, and our client base includes Fortune 50 companies, giving us a global footprint. Our technology is a SaaS fraud detection solution made to help e-commerce and financial institutions protect their clients and themselves from hackers.\n\nYou work with the Sales team to win deals, close deals faster, and gain customer confidence so they see you as the sales solution expert. After the deal is closed, you will continue to work with the customer to ensure the original project goals and expectations are met throughout the entire sales and implementation lifecycle. Lead sales and technical requirement calls, manage the customer relationship, work collaboratively and take customer service to the next level. \n\nQualification and Experience \n\n\n* Bachelors Degree\n\n* 2+ years of risk or payments industry and sales engineering experience.\n\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of client staff including computer engineering, network engineering, project management, business, C-level.\n\n* Real world experience with SaaS based web/mobile risk or payments platforms.\n\n* High level of knowledge and understanding of web applications and features (multi-tier web apps, databases, cookies/session, HTTP get/post, RESTful API calls, web sessions, JavaScript, XML).\n\n* Basic Understand of Programing Languages including PHP, .NET, Java, etc. Programing knowledge not required.\n\n* General understanding of project management functions and methodologies.\n\n* Some experience in the field of Information Technology.\n\n* Some level of customer relationship experience a plus. \n\n\n\n\nApplicants can be based out of the United States and work remotely.
