If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving customer success and revenue growth, we want to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n\n* New Business Development:\n\n\n\n* Lead efforts to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise-level customers.\n\n* Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify high-potential accounts.\n\n* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on large-scale enterprise opportunities.\n\n\n\n* Customer Growth and Expansion:\n\n\n\n* Oversee and manage relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth.\n\n* Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current customer accounts.\n\n* Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.\n\n\n\n* Leadership and Strategy:\n\n\n\n* Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of sales professionals, driving performance to exceed sales targets.\n\n* Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies.\n\n* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.\n\n\n\n* Forecasting and Reporting:\n\n\n\n* Track and analyze key sales metrics, preparing detailed performance reports for senior leadership.\n\n* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and develop plans to mitigate risks or capitalize on growth opportunities.\n\n* Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, methodologies, and technology utilization.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you'll bring to Encompass\n\nPreferred Qualifications and experience required for success in this role include: \n\n\n* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business in large enterprise accounts.\n\n* Strong background in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.\n\n* Expertise in enterprise solution selling, including experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to foster long-term client relationships and expand revenue within existing accounts.\n\n* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\n\n\n\n\nEducation and Experience\n\n\n* 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.\n\n* Experience selling ERP or other enterprise-level software solutions.\n\n* Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (HubSpot, Gong, and Challenger highly preferred).\n\n* Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with an emphasis on customer expansion.\n\n* Bachelorโs degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).\n\n\n\nAdditional Details\n\nCompensation: This role will receive a competitive salary + commission + benefits. The total compensation for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the ranges for this role.\nUS annual base compensation: $155,000 to $196,000 annually + Sales Commission Plan. A variety of factors are considered when determining someoneโs compensation, including a candidateโs professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.\n\nLocation: We are a hybrid organization and are open to remote work. Our corporate office is located in Fort Collins, CO. \n\nTravel: This position will require overnight travel to customer sites and to corporate offices.
