\nWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Website Maintenance Specialist to support the ongoing upkeep and optimization of our websites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our websites, job listings, and application flows remain accurate, functional, and user-friendly. \nThis is a part-time, fully remote role suited for someone who is experienced in maintaining websites within a staffing or recruiting environment, particularly those with built-in ATS or career page integrations.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n* Perform regular website updates (content, job postings, images, links)\n* Manage and maintain career pages and ATS-integrated job listings\n* Ensure job postings and application flows are working properly \n* Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience \n* Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, broken links, and formatting issues \n* Maintain website security, backups, and system updates \n* Coordinate with internal teams for updates, campaigns, and improvements\n\n\n\n* Proven experience maintaining websites for a staffing, recruiting, or talent-focused company \n* Familiarity with ATS-integrated websites (career pages, job feeds, application workflows) \n* Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) \n* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus) \n* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills \n* Ability to work independently and manage ongoing updates\n\n\nNice to have:\n* Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) \n* Understanding of job board integrations and applicant tracking flows \n* Basic SEO knowledge for job and career pages\n\n\n\nMinimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:\n* Internet Connection:\n\n* Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.\n* Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.\n* Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.\n\n* Primary Device:\n\n* Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:\n\n* Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.\n* A minimum of 8 GB RAM.\n\n\n* Backup Device:\n\n* Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.\n* Must be functional during power interruptions.\n\n* A functioning webcam.\n* A noise-canceling USB headset.\n* A quiet, dedicated home office space.\n* Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.\n\n\n\n * Join Our Dynamic Team: Experience our fun, inclusive, innovative culture that values your unique contributions and supports your professional growth.\n * Embrace the Opportunities: Seize daily chances to learn, innovate, and excel.
