This role will oversee VRAI’s operations, distribution, and support the scaling of our retail operations as we expand our retail footprint. The VP of Operations will drive efficiency and process optimization, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Oversee VRAI’s operations and production, with the Senior Director of Production reporting to this role.\n* Develop and lead the roadmap and implementation for organizational growth directives, including structure, systems, capabilities, and retail expansion.\n* Drive profitability and productivity by managing the operational P&L and enhancing customer experience through creative problem-solving, analytics, and technical solutions.\n* Ensure retail operational excellence by establishing consistent and efficient back-of-house standards and automation, contributing to a frictionless customer experience.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* Minimum 10 years of experience in jewelry operations and retail leadership.\n* Strong critical thinking, planning, and business acumen, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment—you must be a builder.\n* Experience in leading operational initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, and running multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.\n* Extensive experience in jewelry operations, distribution, inventory management, and retail operations.\n* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\n\n\n\n\n$180,000 - $220,000 a yearActual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise.
