\nTerritory Sales Representative \n\nAs a Territory Sales Representative, you will be selling directly to SMB accounts of our leading NoSQL database, Capella. You will be part of a field sales team that has established Couchbase as the first Engagement Database in the world. Youโll be driving opportunities and selling the value of our product and services offering, selling the value of our product and services offering. \n\nLocation: UT/CO Remote\n\nResponsibilities: \n\n\n* Close business to meet or exceed quarterly, and annual bookings objectives \n\n* Uncover opportunity at existing accounts and establish new accounts to develop sales pipeline โข Maintain pipeline in salesforce.com CRM system, tracking interactions with prospects and customers\n\n* Conduct presentation of the company and product line โข Conduct high-level demonstration of the products \n\n* Travel to customer sites โข Maintain daily activities in salesforce.com CRM system, tracking interactions with prospects and customers \n\n* Manage opportunities and forecast \n\n\n\n\nDesired Qualifications: \n\n \n\n\n* May have just moved from inside sales to a field role (at least 1-2 years of overall sales closing experience) \n\n* Can articulate a track record of producing as new logo/pipeline generator at startup or small company with large company competition \n\n* Trained in Strategic Selling methodology (M-H, MEDDIC desired) \n\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player \n\n* Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive extremely fast\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications: \n\n \n\n\n* BA/BS or equivalent work experience \n\n* Superb relationship building skills and ability to show value to clients \n\n* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills \n\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n\n* Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive extremely fast \n\n* Weโre committed to a work environment where you can be happy and thrive, in and out of the office. \n\n* Having sold cloud solutions a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
