\nAnypear is a headhunting and recruitment agency connecting New Zealand and Australian businesses with top overseas talent.\nWe’re seeking a highly detail‑oriented Technical Architect with strong Revit capability and a passion for precision, coordination, and documentation to help our client’s Perth-based Architecture Firm.\nThis Technical Architect role suits someone who is calm, meticulous, and methodical rather than focusing on conceptual design work. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams and play a key role in maintaining high documentation standards across large project environments. \nResponsibilities\n* Advanced Revit skills with excellent modelling hygiene and attention to detail.\n* Collaborate with design teams to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications.\n* Develop firm’s Revit Library and Revit Templates\n* Previous experience using ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro) very helpful.\n* Familiarity with modular buildings advantageous.\n* Strong written and verbal English communication skills, comfortable collaborating with consultants and workshopping technical solutions\n* Knowledge of light‑gauge and mild steel construction and how to coordinate effectively with steel detailers very helpful.\n* Ability to maintain accuracy, avoid small errors, and uphold CAD and documentation standards across large project teams.\n\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.\n* 4+ years experience as an Architect with strong proficiency in Revit.\n* Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\n* Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.\n* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\n\nNice to have\n* Previous experience using ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro).\n* Australian project experience, especially related to AS1428.1, NCC Section J, and common Australian building products.\n\n\n\n* Remote Role\n* Flexible hours, overlap with Western Australia timezone required\n* Competitive salary \n\n
