Join us and be part of building champion-level success!\nWhat You’ll Be Driving:\n\n\n* Hiring professionals who not only meet job requirements but also align with company culture across international markets;\n\n* Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders by delivering superior recruitment service;\n\n* Strategically leveraging modern tools and channels to attract high-demand candidates;\n\n* Conducting structured and competency-based interviews, providing comprehensive and objective feedback;\n\n* Driving a strong focus on delivery and measurable results within the recruitment process;\n\n* Actively contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving recruitment outcomes;\n\n* Staying up to date with market trends, technological innovations, and recruitment best practices.\n\n\n\nWhat Makes You a GR8 Fit:\n\n\n* 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, covering both technical and non-technical roles;\n\n* Strong interviewing skills with hands-on experience in various interview techniques;\n\n* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and performance tracking tools;\n\n* Excellent understanding of talent market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices;\n\n* Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;\n\n* Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written;\n\n* Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a strong advantage.\n\n\n\nPersonal Qualities:\n\n\n* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment;\n\n* Curious and empathetic, with an interest in understanding candidates’ motivations and building long-term relationships;\n\n* Proactive and eager to continuously improve recruitment processes;\n\n* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills;\n\n* Results-driven and ambitious.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
