Weโre constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be โBest in Classโ ... and we want that for you too!\n\n\nSupport Specialists, Operations are responsible for helping R365 customers with all R365 software operations, catering, scheduling, and manager log functions. They manage pertinent customer communications through tickets, live chats, and phone calls.\n\n\n\nHow you'll add value: \n* Prompt customers for information necessary to troubleshoot problem reports\n* Reach out to customers by phone and / or screen share as necessary to understand problem reports\n* Identify solutions to problem reports and deliver them to customers\n* Help customers understand R365 software operations, catering, scheduling, and manager log functions\n* Route non-operations customer issues to appropriate teams and team members\n* Diagnose and document software defects and escalate them to Operations Support, Manager or Lead\n* Participate in live chats\n* Manage personal queue of customer tickets\n* Identify gaps in company self-help documentation\n* Train and mentor new team members at the request of Support management\n* Additional duties as assigned\n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: \n* Bachelorโs degree with emphasis in business and / or finance and / or accounting preferred\n* Restaurant industry experience\n* Strong understanding of general business principles\n* Excellent problem-solving skills\n* Strong customer service skills\n* Clear and effective oral and written communication\n* Strong grasp of software and internet technologies\n\n\n\nR365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation\n* This position has a salary range of $26-$31/hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
