Our initial efforts have led to work on diverse projects, including defining and building release and test strategies, enhancing the local development experience, and creating microservice templates. In this role, you will support our mission by providing technical vision and guidance, independently driving major initiatives, and developing high-quality solutions. Your ability to balance multiple constraints while ensuring long-term flexibility will be crucial.\n\nMain Responsibilities: What youโll do\n\n\n* Develop and maintain the technical infrastructure that supports all of EnergyHub's microservices.\n\n* Accelerate the software development lifecycle of all EnergyHub microservices by standardizing common patterns and practices.\n\n* Prepare legacy applications for transition to a microservices architecture and assist in transition.\n\n* Invest in and unify how EnergyHub teams develop, deploy, and test microservices.\n\n* Own and maintain the space for Ground Control's processes, technical designs, and education for other teams.\n\n* Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, internal engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive high-impact projects.\n\n* Work within real-world constraints to develop creative solutions that maintain platform flexibility and scalability.\n\n* Contribute to best practices for CI/CD, data modeling, and iterative development (e.g., PoCs, rapid prototyping, milestone-based execution).\n\n* Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a strong technical culture of respect, open communication.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
