Oh, and utilizing cutting-edge NLP and LLM techniques.\n* Stay up to date with technology and customer experience best practices, to include artificial intelligence (AI), chatbots, and customer feedback tools.\n* Write effective, scalable code. \n* Work extremely closely with human centered design experts to implement solutions that are intuitive, responsive, and personalized to each customer’s needs.\n* Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance. \n* Investigate and debug test failures throughout, updating tests or reporting bugs as necessary and provide test coverage analysis based on automation results. \n* Collaborate with various departments such as customer support, marketing, and product development to identify and address customer pain points, optimize customer journeys, and create a seamless experience across all touchpoints.\n\n\n\nWhat we’d like you to have: \n* 5+ years of experience coding in Python.\n* Familiarity and knowledge of DevOps / DevTestOps / DevSecOps best practices.  \n* Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling, with hands-on experience automating build, test, and deployment workflows.\n* Solid understanding of how to build pipelines that are scalable, maintainable, and integrated with testing frameworks, code quality checks, and security gates.\n* Experience with containerization technology (I.e., Docker or Kubernetes). \n* REST API Experience.  \n* Understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, or SAFe. \n* Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively with various stakeholders. \n\n\n\nWhat would blow us away: \n* You’ve got AI chops.\n* You’ve previously supported the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).\n\n\nEven if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
