UNICEF, The Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs\n\nAbout The Role\nWe're looking for you to join us as a dynamic, high-performing SMB Account Executive. You should have experience selling B2B tech and the ability to quickly grow a high-value pipeline with mid-sized organizations. The best candidates love the thrill of the hunt, take a consultative approach to sales, make deep discoveries with their prospects, and excel when selling to directors and executives. This position will report to the SMB Sales Manager.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Work in tandem with the SMB Sales Manager to evangelize and sell our solution to new organizations.\n\n* Methodically qualify, build, and manage a high-value sales pipeline, including self sourcing 4+ opportunities monthly. \n\n* Managing all stages of the sales cycle, including participating in RFPs from prospective customers\n\n* Act cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships to uncover new lead sources\n\n* Skillfully delivering web-based (Zoom) and in-person presentations by leveraging strong product knowledge and sales best practices\n\n* Selling to directors and VP level executives and navigating through multiple decision makers in complex orgs to secure buy-in\n\n* Working closely with a team of BDRs to provide strategic direction and feedback\n\n* Crushing your sales goals...and being well-compensated for doing so\n\n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n\n* 2+ years experience in B2B SMB/MM tech sales\n\n* Experience selling 5-figure deals\n\n* Consistency in exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while simultaneously achieving leading key performance indicators\n\n* You thrive in constantly changing and evolving work environments\n\n* Experience managing a complex sales cycle that can range 6 months\n\n* Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple teams across complex organizations\n\n* Strong presentation skills with multiple stakeholders\n\n* Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving commercial agreements\n\n* Superior verbal and written communication skills\n\n* Gritty, hard working, persistent are adjectives that describe you\n\n* Familiarity with the SPICED methodology and framework\n\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\n* 15 days of vacation, 7 company holidays plus an additional 3 floating holidays and 5 sick days.\n\n* 401(k) plan with company match.\n\n* FSA Spending Account.\n\n* 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.\n\n* Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.\n\n* Paid parental leave (12/6 weeks).\n\n* Remote working.\n\n\n\n\n**Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
