\nThis position is a remote position base in the USA.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Create offerings that leverage the profit validators gain, while creating offerings for searchers\n* Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance \n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions \n* Provide insight on best practices working with validators an traders in regards to ETH\n* Work on special data analysis projects, as needed\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems\n* 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general\n* 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV \n* Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS\n* Experience in trading \n* Expertise using Go language\n* Strong communication and problem solving skills \n* Creative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team player\n* Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)\n\n\n\n\n\n$150,000 - $175,000 a yearThe estimated base salary range is between $150,000 - $175,000.
