As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be pivotal in equipping our Account Executives (SMB, MM, ENT, and Strat teams) with the training, coaching, and development needed to succeed. In this role, you will own role-specific onboarding, ramping, and ongoing education for the AE team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel. Additionally, you will be a strategic business partner to GTM stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to align sales enablement initiatives with Fundraise Upโs mission and OKRs. This position requires a deep understanding of sales motions, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and the ability to design scalable programs. If youโre passionate about enabling high-performing teams and fostering continuous growth, this is the role for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Develop and implement programmatic enablement initiatives, including onboarding, ramping, and ongoing education programs.\n\n* Create high-impact enablement content for live training, workshops, certifications, playbooks, and microlearning (within LMS) to support rep development.\n\n* Deliver training sessions and coaching to strengthen rep sales behaviors and enhance product knowledge.\n\n* Conduct call reviews, deal reviews, and role-play exercises to reinforce best practices and drive behavior change.\n\n* Maintain a structured cadence for analyzing sales performance data with RevOps and stakeholders to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and present a strong, data-backed POV for enablement initiatives.\n\n* Manage enablement programs efficiently, ensuring timely execution and alignment with GTM objectives.\n\n* Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product, Sales, and other GTM teams to align enablement initiatives with broader business goals.\n\n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n\n* 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with a focus on coaching and facilitation for Account Executives.\n\n* Proven expertise in applying sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Consultative Selling.\n\n* Proven ability to manage complex enablement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\n\n* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across all levels.\n\n* Experience using sales enablement tools such as Gong and Instructure (Canvas)\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\n* Experience in high-growth SaaS or nonprofit technology environments.\n\n* Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or Consultative Selling).\n\n* Demonstrated ability to build and scale enablement programs for global and remote first sales teams.\n\n* Background in direct sales (AE, BDR, or Sales Leadership) with a track record of success.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\n* 15 days of vacation, 7 company holidays plus an additional 3 floating holidays and 5 sick days.\n\n* 401(k) plan with company match.\n\n* FSA Spending Account.\n\n* 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.\n\n* Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.\n\n* Paid parental leave (12/6 weeks).\n\n* Remote working.\n\n\n\n\n**Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
