The UNICEF, Barack Obama, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.\n\nAbout The Role\nThe Rev Ops Analyst plays a critical role in delivering insightful analysis and reporting to support Revenue Operations and all of GTM. Specializing in servicing analyst and reporting requests, particularly in Tableau and Salesforce, this role enables data-driven decision-making across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.\n\n* 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably within a SaaS environment.\n\n* Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce reporting tools.\n\n* Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations.\n\n* Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.\n\n* Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.\n\n* Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.\n\n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n\n* Dashboard Development: Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports to monitor key revenue and GTM operational metrics.\n\n* Data Analysis: Analyze sales, marketing, partner, product, and customer data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.\n\n* Ticket Resolution: Respond promptly to analyst and reporting tickets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data and reports.\n\n* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.\n\n* Data Integrity Assurance: Ensure consistency and accuracy across all reports and dashboards by implementing data validation processes.\n\n* Ad Hoc Analysis: Support special projects and strategic initiatives through in-depth data analysis and reporting.\n\n* Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on performance trends and areas of opportunity.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\nOur compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:\n\n\n* 30 days off\n\n* Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.\n\n* English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually).\n\n* Relevant professional education (50% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually).\n\n* Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually).\n\n* Coworking (up to $250 monthly).\n\n* Remote working.\n\n\n\n\n**Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
