Learn more at Digimarc.com.   \n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE ROLE:\n\n\nWe are seeking a Program Manager that will report directly to our Chief Product Officer with a proven track record of success in launching programs from the ground up.  \n \nThis role requires 25% travel.  \n\n\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO… \n* Manage complex programs and large projects across the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing team outcomes. \n* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at quality standards through strong communication, scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. \n* Optimize resources and processes by developing new workflows, identifying cost savings, and driving continuous efficiency improvements. \n* Lead cross-functional execution by sequencing dependencies, aligning priorities, and collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams. \n* Define goals, success criteria, and program metrics, guiding prioritization and structured decision-making that balances technical and business needs. \n* Track and communicate program performance, surfacing risks, blockers, and organizational friction while supporting rollout of new systems and processes. \n* Organize and facilitate highly effective meetings for a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership team, all company roadmap updates, cross-departmental updates, and meetings across your product area \n* Partner with Legal, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure product readiness and successful Go-To-Market launches. \n* Facilitate effective meetings at all levels, support program-level process improvements, and embody Digimarc’s values of collaboration, curiosity, and courage. \n* Manage complex business-focused projects in addition to technical initiatives. \n* Lead customer-facing projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. \n\n\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR… \n* 5+ years Program Management Experience  \n* Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar PMO tools, including reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) \n* You thrive in ambiguity, applying strategic thinking and a sense of urgency to bring clarity and momentum to complex challenges \n* Experience with Agile methodologies, portfolio management tools, and executive-level reporting is required. \n* You have experience managing projects or programs within software development organizations, preferably with platform or infrastructure teams \n* You bridge the gap between strategic priorities and team-level execution, helping teams focus on what matters most \n* You excel at influencing stakeholders across levels, from engineers to executives, and thrive in environments requiring change management and organizational alignment \n* You have a working understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management processes, and are comfortable collaborating with technical stakeholders \n* You enjoy technical conversations and can facilitate decisions even if you're not the technical expert in the room \n* You champion teams creating quality products and focus teams on delivering measurable value to users, whether internal stakeholders or external clients \n* You are detail oriented  \n* Experience managing projects requiring industry-wide coordination and stakeholder alignment. \n* PMP or PgMP certifications preferred but not required \n\n\n\nBenefits: \n* Comprehensive Benefits Including Medical, Dental, Vision, & Retirement Savings Plan \n* Restricted Stock Units \n* Flexible Paid Time Off & Holidays \n* Life Insurance \n* Tuition Reimbursement \n* Mentorship Opportunities \n* Training & Development  \n* Remote work \n\n\n\n\n\n$118,000 - $148,000 a yearThis compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, geography and other business and organizational needs.
