Come Build the Future with Us now!\n \n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\nResponsible for paid traffic growth, developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies according to the company's strategic goals;\n\n\n\nOptimize budget, creatives, placement, audience in order to achieve ROAS/ROI targets (Twitter, Facebook/Instagram or other social media channels)\n\n\n\nTrack weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively\n\n\n\nPlan, execute and report for local market teams to promote market specific campaigns\n\n\n\nParticipate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities.\n\n\n\n\nKey Requirements\n\n\nExperience with media buying from performance marketing agency, fintech or financial industry;\n\n\n\nHands-on experience setting up and optimizing app installation campaigns is a must;\n\n\n\nGood command of the English language; Mandarin will be a plus;\n\n\n\nStrong network within the Crypto & Blockchain space, resources of agencies/community/kol/influencer is a plus;\n\n\n\nProven track record in paid ads / performance marketing;\n\n\n\nComes with a positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented mindset.\n\n\n\nExperience using appsflyer, ampliture/tableau will be a plus\n\n\n\n\nPerks & Benefits \n\n\nCompetitive total compensation package\n\n\n\nL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development\n\n\n\nVarious team building programs and company events\n\n\n\nMore that we love to tell you along the process!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
