Our clients are some of the worldโs biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.\n\n\nThe Tech Operations team is responsible for deploying and maintaining Einrideโs autonomous electric truck solution at client sites. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. As a Remote Operator at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Safely operate Einrideโs autonomous electric truck for customer and R&D operations\n* Remain alert and attentive while monitoring Einrideโs autonomous electric truck during autonomy.\n* Perform checks to ensure Einrideโs autonomous electric truck is safe to operate\n* Log feedback regarding platform performance to deliver to engineers\n* Troubleshoot and escalate system issues and operational blockers\n* Provide input and work together with tech and product teams designing and improving the Einride remote interface and operating procedures.\n* Maintain knowledge of Einrideโs autonomous system.\n* Utilize project/issue tracking tools (Jira, Fleetio, or similar).\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n* Minimum 5 years of experience driving commercial trucks\n* Current, non-expired CDL license (class A)Clean driving record with 0 violation points\n* Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the Remote Operator will be working.\n* Is at least 21 years of age\n* Experience with technical troubleshooting or willingness to learn quickly.\n* Safety focused mindset. You are not afraid to raise immediate safety concerns and suggest paths to resolution. \n* Reliable and consistent. You ensure your work is thorough and always holds a high standard. Your process is methodical through the use of documentation and tracking tools. \n* Clear communication. You are confident in communicating feedback to team members and sharing your knowledge to improve the product and operation. \n* Creative thinking. You think outside the box to create or bring solutions to problems when the solution is not always clear.\n* Flexibility. Able to work Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm. Subject to change based on the customerโs needs.\n* Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%\n* Right to work in the US\n\n\n\nBonus Qualifications\n* Experience working with autonomous trucks or commercial heavy duty fleets\n* Experience as truck driver trainer/instructor \n* Experience in operations, technology, or automotive\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a full-time position based in Austin, TX at the Einride office.
