\nThe Role\nTimelyCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Production Manager to join our Brand Strategy team, overseeing the creation of engaging and informative video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle media production from shooting and storyboarding to editing and motion graphics and the ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively with diverse teams.\n\n\nTravel\n5-10 percent of travel may be required.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n* Manage Video Content Production: Oversee all aspects of video production, including concept development, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production, ensuring content aligns with clinical guidelines and company standards.\n* Hands-On Production Work: Lead or assist in shooting video content (both in-studio and on-location), manage lighting and sound, and ensure visual quality and consistency across projects.\n* Motion Graphics & Visual Storytelling: Create or supervise the development of motion graphics, animations, and other visual storytelling techniques that enhance engagement and comprehension.\n* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and clinical teams to translate creative concepts into high-quality visual assets that are data-driven, engaging, and clinically sound.\n* Liaise with External Vendors: Coordinate with agencies and production partners to ensure timely delivery of top-tier content that meets TimelyCare standards.\n* Recruit and Manage Talent: Identify, recruit, and manage contract talent including videographers, editors, animators, actors, and other production professionals.\n* Project Management: Maintain timelines and budgets while managing workflows with designers, writers, and clinical subject matter experts to meet production milestones.\n* Quality Control: Oversee editing and post-production to ensure content is polished, accurate, on-brand, and ready for publication.\n* Feedback Integration: Manage stakeholder feedback with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining a collaborative creative process.\n* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with trends in media production, motion design, higher education, and health communication to ensure TimelyCare content remains innovative and relevant.\n* Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support evolving team objectives and company goals.\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring\n* Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Film, or a related field.\n* 5+ years of experience in professional media production, with proven expertise in shooting, editing, storyboarding, and motion graphics.\n* Proficiency in video production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools.\n* Strong understanding of video lighting, sound design, and visual composition.\n* Experience leading end-to-end production processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Knowledge of mental health and higher education topics is a plus, along with sensitivity to the nuances of content in these areas.\n* Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for storytelling.\n\n\n\nBenefits + Perks\n* Paid Company Holidays + No work on your birthday!\n* Flexible PTO + Volunteer Time Off (VTO) as an organization to give back to the community\n* Variable bonus eligibility on a quarterly basis\n* Company-sponsored Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) + Pet Insurance \n* Company-paid group Life Insurance + Company-paid Short Term Disability\n* Concierge benefit support services\n* 401(k) with employer match \n* Free access to TimelyCare virtual medical and mental health support \n* Mission-Driven Purpose with a Supportive Team Culture\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe salary range for this opportunity is $95,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
