This role will partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Operations, international distributors and retail partners to ensure strong execution across order management, inventory flow, launch planning, and ongoing customer supply chain performance. This role will support multiple international markets and distribution partners, requiring strong coordination across regions and global supply chain processes.\n\nThis is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being built. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable moving between day-to-day execution and longer-term process improvement.\n\nA core focus of this role will be building strong relationships with key retail partners, understanding their supply chain requirements, supporting innovation and promotional planning, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and using customer data to improve in-stocks, fulfillment, and overall service levels.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n\n* \n\nServe as a key point of contact between rhode and international distributors and retail customer operations teams, supporting day-to-day execution and market-specific supply chain needs\n\n\n* \n\n Continually assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain, reduce operational costs, and drive volume through supply chain metrics\n\n\n* \n\nDevelop a deep understanding of each international distributor and retail partner’s distribution model, operational requirements, key metrics, and inventory planning needs\n\n\n* \n\nStrong analytical skills to produce qualitative/quantitative data (using Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, Tableau) that can be shared to drive business\n\n\n* \n\nBroad understanding of policies, processes and systems relating to retail distributor operations\n\n\n* \n\nOverseeing and ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery across international customers, distributors, and retail partners with focus on Innovation planning and customer expansion\n\n\n* \n\nProvide weekly sell in data vs. forecast and any risks associated to the month/quarter plan to Finance, Sales and Operations stakeholders\n\n\n* \n\nTrack & monitor weekly sell out data coupled with retailer in stock levels in partnership with Demand planning and Sales account leads\n\n\n* \n\nAs needed, partner with international distributors, retailer Supply Chain & planning teams to drive additional orders or forecast adjustments guaranteeing appropriate inventory coverage\n\n\n* \n\nTrack and report on key international customer supply chain KPIs, including fulfillment, in-stocks, service levels, on-time delivery, and potential chargeback risk\n\n\n* \n\nInternal and external collaboration for alignment and identifying opportunities\n\n\n* \n\nParticipate and contribute to customer demand forecasting, maximizing forecast accuracy\n\n\n* \n\nParticipate and influence assortment decisions aimed at optimizing sales and productivity by utilizing analytics, market research, consumer research, and customer intelligence\n\n\n* \n\nPartner closely with international teams, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support new market launches, regional assortment expansion, and ongoing operational excellence.\n\n\n* \n\nAbility to connect internal functions to drive supply chain improvements (fill rate, on-time, in-stocks, reduce potential chargebacks, customer program execution) for the customer\n\n\n* \n\nHelp educate and align internal teams on international customer expectations, distributor requirements, regional retailer requirements, and best practices for execution\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\n\n* \n\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or another analytical field preferred or equivalent experience\n\n\n* \n\n5+ years of experience in customer supply chain, retail operations, customer logistics, demand planning, supply planning, or related operational roles\n\n\n* \n\nMust have experience with Sephora and/or other global prestige beauty retailers\n\n\n* \n\nExperience supporting international retailers, distributors, or global customer supply chain operations.\n\n\n* \n\nStrong communication skills both verbal and written\n\n\n* \n\nExcellent Excel Skills and knowledge\n\n\n* \n\nProven ability to build strong relationships with retail partners, internal cross-functional teams and deliver results\n\n\n* \n\nAbility to make thoughtful decisions when data is limited, ambiguous, or evolving\n\n\n* \n\nExperience managing multiple countries, distributors, or regional supply chain requirements \n\n\n* \n\nWillingness to travel internationally is required\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOther Details for Consideration \n\nLocation of Position: United Kingdom and European Union \n\nTravel Expectation: Must be willing to travel internationally for the business and to our HQ when needed\n\nBudgeted Salary: £67,000 - £82,000 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n£67,000 - £82,000 a year\n\nThe base salary range for this role is listed above. \n\n \n\nTotal compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
