Our values are BRAVE, ENTERPRISING, SIMPLE and TOGETHER.\n\nWe’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for an ambitious and purpose-driven Completions Assistant to join the team.\n\n \nWhat you will be working on:\n\nAs a Loans Processor you will be responsible:\n\n\n* Individual performance and contribution to achieve KPI’s set by the business.\n\n* Owning individual performance and personal development.\n\n* Accurately completing the final packaging for customer deals, customer’s proofs and lending files.\n\n* File loads and verified and completed requests for same day funded deals.\n\n* Ensuring insurance checks are updated to customer’s files in a timely manner.\n\n* Accurately completing customer validation calls.\n\n* Maintaining an excellent level of fraud awareness to identify and protect the company from fraudulent activity.\n\n* Effectively and professionally communicating with the introducer network, responding to enquiries in a timely manner and resolving any queries or issues.\n\n* Maintaining a good level of knowledge of the relevant industry sector.\n\n\n\n\n \nWhat we're looking for: \n\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:\n\nEssential:\n\n\n* Experience in a similar role within a within a financial services lending environment is preferable.\n\n* Good organisational and time management skills resulting in the ability to prioritise tasks meet tight deadlines.\n\n* Excellent attention to detail and a desire to provide excellent customer service.\n\n* Strong computer literacy including working experience on Microsoft Office.\n\n\n\n\nQualities we look for:\n\n\n* The ability to positively contribute to a team.\n\n* The ability to self-motivate and use own initiative to achieve individual target\n\n* Excellent written and oral communication skills\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can find our Applicant Privacy Policy here.\n\nTandem Money is an equal opportunity employer and are committed to meeting our responsibilities under the Equality Act (2010).
