\nWe are seeking a File Clerk for a three-month, full-time, archival project. As a File Clerk, you will assist with organizing, renaming and archiving historical contracts. This position involves reviewing documents, identifying key details, and properly organizing them for easy retrieval. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in file management/archival, and the ability to handle a high volume of digital documents. \n\nAs a File Clerk, you will: \n\n\nReview contracts to identify key details, such as the parties and projects involved.\n\nRename and categorize contracts for accurate filing and future retrieval. \n\nOrganize contracts into a clear filing structure in a shared drive.\n\nEnsure consistency and accuracy in file naming and organization. \n\n\n\n\nTo be considered for this role, we require the following: \n\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. \n\nPrior experience with file management and document organization or strong organization skills. \n\nComfortable working on Windows-based systems (PC). \n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision. \n\n\n\n\nPreference will be given to candidates who have: \n\n\nExperience working in a similar file management, administrative or archival role. \n\n\n\n\nIt’ll be a bonus if you also have: \n\n\nFamiliarity with contract documents or legal agreements.\n\n\n\n\nCompensation: \nUSD $20-$25/hour\nCAN $19-$24/hour \nYour recruiter will be able to share more information about total compensation. \n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
