Improve system and application security, reliability, observability, and scalability. Improve platform management operations with Kubernetes cluster management. Manage cloud resources with code. Maintain and operate infrastructure. Develop core functions of infrastructures and applications. Improve the on-call rotation process. Conduct and improve post-mortem review meetings.
