If this sounds like you, then weโd love to hear from you.\n\n\n\n\n\nSuccessful candidates will be responsible for:\n* Overseeing and expanding the agencyโs direct mail creative practice;\n* Managing team members and guiding career development equitably and humbly;\n* Collaborating across internal teams and ad-hoc projects while also managing your own book of clientsโ content; \n* Developing and maintaining compelling, authentic creative strategies for world-changing nonprofits, Democratic elected officials, and political challengers; and\n* Participating in agency work as well as business development, including bringing our best creative work forward in proposals and pitches.\n\n\n\nMust-have qualifications:\n* 7+ years of experience leading direct response marketing, direct mail strategy, and creative best practices for nonprofits, politicals, or both;\n* Experience managing teams and training writers;\n* A predisposition toward out-of-the-box thinking and bold ideas;\n* Comfort working up and down your skillset;\n* Experience with client-facing roles; and\n* A passion for supporting and connecting with individuals and teams, both colleagues and mentees.\n\n\n\nNice-to-have qualifications:\n* Experience with business development is a plus.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSalary floor for this role begins at $110,000+ per year, depending on experience.\n\n\nPlease apply with: A resume, cover letter, and two writing samples that demonstrate your ability to create engaging and persuasive content. \n\n\nLocation\nWe are currently working remotely with no return to office date.
