Remote Account Executive Mid Level
\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential new partners and clients, managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing.\n\n* Playbook: Be able to work with both Inbound and Outbound approaches. \n\n* CRM: Daily Update the Sales Funnel within Salesforce.\n\n* Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and conditions.\n\n* Internal Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with the BDRs, leadership, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.\n\n* Reporting and Analysis: Track and report performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide feedback for our partnership playbook optimization.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in SaaS Sales (Inbound or Outbound)\n\n* Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and persuasion abilities, and analytical skills.\n\n* Performance: Proven high performance track record of sales quota achievement\n\n* Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools - SalesForce and Hubspot are a differential \n\n* Languages: Fluent English and Spanish\n\n* Cultural Fit: Proactive, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nCHALLENGES YOU'LL FACE\n\n\n* Arena is a Series A startup which is in the very early stages of developing a Partnership motion. You should expect some challenges related to early GTM and product market fit. However, this is also an opportunity to help influence the early strategy of our team and company .You will be asked to participate in projects and exercises that are beyond the scope of most AE and sales positions.
