We sync up on a monthly all-hands Zoom call, and most teams do a call together every 2 weeks. Everything else happens asynchronously, via Slack, GitHub, Linear, and Notion. That means you can pick the hours that work best for you, to allow you to be at your most productive.\n\nTo thrive in this environment you'll need to have **high levels of autonomy and ownership.** You have to be resourceful and able to work effectively in a remote setup.ย \n\n**The role**\n\nWe're looking for somebody with a **product mindset and a great attitude** to get things done. As a Frontend Developer so you'll be working on the design implementation from Figma to React, building components, entire web pages and refining our dashboard.\n\n**Some things we've recently been working on in the web team:**\n\n* Built our new dashboard with React\n* Started moving our marketing site to React + Next.js\n* Rebuilt our website using a new design and a style guide\n* Revamped our customer onboarding process to make sure that more and more users explore our API\n\n**Here are some of the technologies we use.** Great if you have some experience with these, but if not we'd expect you to ramp up quickly with our help:\n* React with Next.js\n* Tailwind, Bootstrap and Storybook\n* Webpack\n\nAny IP address domain knowledge would be useful too, but we can help get you up to speed here:\n* ASN / BGP / CIDR / Ping / Traceroute / Whois etc\n\n**What we offer**\n\n* 100% remote team and work environment (Apply from anywhere!)\n* Flexible working hours\n* Minimal meetings\n* Competitive salary\n* Flexible vacation policy\n* Interesting and challenging work\n\n**The hiring process**\n\nOur hiring process consists of an introductory call, followed by a technical interview.
