You will work closely with the Account Manager to understand the hiring manager's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions.\n* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.\n* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\n* Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed.\n* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).\n* Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.\n* Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.\n* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting.\n* Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent.\n* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n* Bachelorโs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n* A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, or customer service is required.\n* 2 - 3 years of experience directly recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing requirements is a must.\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus - particularly Bullhorn.\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.\n* Openness to immediate process changes\n* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.\n* Passion for learning and willingness to develop new skills.\n\n\n\n\n\n
