Remote UX UI Designer — AI Application
About the Role / About You\nWe're looking for a UX/UI Designer who lives and breathes AI-native product design. You don't need blockchain experience. What matters is that you deeply understand how to design for AI-powered products and can translate technical complexity into clean, human-centered interfaces.\nWhat You'll Do* Own UX and UI design for our AI products, including agent interfaces, model interaction flows, and developer-facing tools\n* Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences — making the powerful feel simple\n* Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate design decisions\n* Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and product surfaces\n* Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship design from concept to production\n* Use AI design tools (Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily workflow — not as a novelty, but as a core multiplier\n* Contribute to product strategy by identifying UX opportunities and advocating for the user\n\nWhat We're Looking For* 2–6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a strong portfolio\n* Demonstrable experience designing AI-native products — chatbots, agent interfaces, LLM-powered features, prompt-driven UIs, or similar\n* Native fluency with AI tools in your design workflow — you use AI to accelerate your work, not just talk about it\n* Strong systems thinking — able to design for complex information architecture while keeping the experience clean\n* Proficiency in Figma (required); familiarity with prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, etc.) is a plus\n* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, async environment\n\nHow to ApplyPlease submit:* Your portfolio — showcasing AI product design work or relevant product design case studies \n* A brief note on a recent AI product UX challenge you solved and your approach\nWhat we offer* Purpose: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public good\n* Growth: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and career\n* Compensation: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokens\n\nIn addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members.
