While the Onit platform is primarily a "low code" solution, a general understanding of programming fundamentals will be important to your success\n\nYou enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with minimal oversight and direction\n\nYou take responsibility for projects end-to-end, from idea to completion\n\nProvide assistance to colleagues where needed\n\nWork well in both individual and team settings\n\nParticipate effectively as an individual and team contributor within a multifaceted technology environment\n\nSupport delivery and implementation services as necessary\n\n\n\n\n\n Mandatory Skills:\n\nRelational Database experience - designing database schemas, working with multiple tables\n\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript\n\nGeneral understanding of programming fundamentals\n\nDemonstrated ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills\n\n\n\n\n\n Desired Skills:\n\n2 - 4 years of related application support or software implementation experience is preferred.\n\nPrior experience working on integrations is a plus\n\nPrior experience working on Business Process automation / management tools is a plus\n\nLiquid templating language experience a plus\n\nExcellent Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation proficiency\n\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize across several projects simultaneously\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or similar discipline preferred.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBenefits & Perks That Support You:\nOnit offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support the whole employee at work and beyond:\nHealth Coverage: Employee and immediate family members.\nTime Away: Flexible paid time off and 10 company paid holidays annually.\nFamily Support: Exceptional paid leave for birth parents, non-birth parents, and caregivers.
