You'll be the strategic driving force of our staffing and forecasting efforts across all roles at Fluxon and you will partner closely with executives, leadership, finance, and talent teams. \n\nWe're looking for someone who thrives in a highly ambiguous environment with an ability to lead, organize, and drive a highly cross-functional team while driving operational efficiencies.
