The principal objective of the Senior Account Manager role is to assume responsibility for the successful sale of the full suite of Keyloop solutions into your assigned territory- driving revenue growth and nurturing strategic relationships with key automotive clients. \n \nThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales achievement, ideally into the automotive market. A pro-active approach to continuous improvement and a โcan doโ attitude is essential.\n\n\n\n\n\nKey Headlines\n\nQuota carrying, individual sales contributor.\n\nSelling the full Keyloop portfolio of solutions into the existing Keyloop dealership automotive client base as well as prospecting and generating new dealership customers.\n\nWork in collaboration with Layered Apps Team, Pre-Sales Specialist and Customer Success to achieve desired sales results.\n\nThe role will involve travel to client meetings.\n\nWork from home office with a few days a month at Johannesburg office. \n\n\n\n\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nBuild strong relationships with key decision makers and confidently drive and communicate how Keyloop drives measurable business impact \n\n\n\n\nSecuring sales of Keyloop services and solutions to automotive dealerships throughout your respective territory- managing contract negotiations, renewals and upselling additional services. \n\nIncrease Keyloopโs customer base and revenue by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients.\n\nDeliver on sales objectives as per the company strategic and sales operating plans.\n\nMeet those sales targets through professional consultation and addressing the needs of the customer, applying the Keyloop Sales strategy/model to generate increased market share\n\nProduce Annual Sales Plans based on detailed whitespace.\n\nDaily and weekly updates of sales activity and pipeline in Salesforce.\n\nResponsible for production of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.\n\nImplement and utilize fully the Keyloop Sales Model & Core Processes.\n\nTo work closely with the broader Keyloop Team to ensure a joined-up approach and presentation to the customer of โOne Keyloopโ.\n\n\n\n\n\nSkills / Knowledge & Experience\n\nMinimum 5 yearsโ sales experience\n\nExperience of using AI in Sales to enhance your sales functionality & capability\n\nHighly computer literate and familiarity with CRM/SFA systems.\n\nExperience within the automotive sector and knowledge of dealership operational workflows.\n\nStrong relationship building skills.\n\nA proven track record of sales growth gained in an environment where the ROI has been based on business process change/optimisation.\n\nCustomer focussed - maturity and diplomacy to manage engagement at varied levels within the target client organizations.\n\nAble to implement a professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques\n\nSelf-driven, ambitious, resilient, highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning โ politely assertive.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy join us?\n\nWeโre on a journey to become market leaders in our space โ and with that comes some incredible opportunities.
