Youโll work closely with our AEs to onboard new healthcare clients, lead cross-functional implementation efforts, and serve as the ongoing point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.\n\nYouโll manage a diverse portfolio spanning payers (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid), hospital systems, and self-insured employers, delivering value from day one and helping CookUnity become the go-to medically tailored meal (MTM) partner.\n \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\nClient Onboarding & Implementation\n\nServe as the primary post-sale contact for new healthcare clients\nLead onboarding and implementation of MTM programs, coordinating across internal teams (ops, culinary, tech, customer support)\nDevelop detailed launch plans, timelines, and training materials tailored to client workflows\nEnsure a smooth handoff from AE to AM with full context of client goals and delivery requirements\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
