This role is ideal for someone skilled in outbound sales who understands regional nuances, buying behaviors, and multi-country outreach strategies.\nYou will focus on generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and building a strong sales pipeline across Europe.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting European markets (email, cold calling, LinkedIn) \n* Identify and qualify decision-makers across different European regions \n* Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives/closers \n* Personalize outreach based on country-specific trends and buyer personas \n* Manage pipeline and activities within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) \n* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and campaigns \n* Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (meetings booked, qualified leads, pipeline generated)\n\n\n\n* Proven experience as an SDR or in outbound sales targeting European markets \n* Strong understanding of regional differences across Europe (e.g., UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, etc.) \n* Experience with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) \n* Track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation targets \n* Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce \n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n* Ability to work across time zones aligned with European business hours \n* Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote, performance-driven environment\n\n\nNice to Have\n* Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, or tech-enabled services \n* Multilingual abilities (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Dutch) - not required but preferred\n* Experience with tools like Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator\n\n\n\n๐ Fully remote role with flexible working environment\n๐ Work with a fast-growing company expanding across Europe\n๐ฏ KPI-based incentives and commission structure\n๐ค Exposure to international clients and diverse markets\n๐ง Ongoing training in outbound sales and European market strategies
