\nWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at BloXroute. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting BloXroute's products and services to key stakeholders.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships within the Defi/Blockchain segment focusing on Ethereum, BSC, Solana \n* Engage in daily prospecting initiatives on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead qualification and meeting scheduling\n* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales team on best practices to move forward \n* Collaborate internally with sales and marketing to ensure seamless handoff of leads\n* Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space\n* Drive referrals by your exceptional work\n* Maintain and track all records in the CRM\n* Prepare and report to BD lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly results\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience\n* Ability to prospect new opportunities \n* Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companies\n* Exceptional communication skills with a data-driven mindset\n* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment\n* Strong understanding of blockchain/Defi technology is required\n* Knowledge using a CRM system\n* Strong desire and ability for growth within a sales organization\n\n\n\n\n\n$70,000 - $95,000 a yearThe estimated base salary range is between $70,000 - $95,000.
