This role requires a blend of structured thinking, hands-on configuration skills, and excellent communication. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and system setup, working directly with international customers to confirm needs, configure the platform accurately, and provide functional support after go-live. Your mission is to ensure a smooth, professional onboarding experience while maintaining Coderio’s high standards of quality and client satisfaction.\n\n\nWhat to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)\n\n\nWork directly with international clients to gather, clarify, and confirm onboarding requirements.\nTranslate business needs into clear and accurate SaaS configurations (no coding required).\nExecute platform setup and configuration according to agreed technical specifications.\nValidate and test configurations with clients to ensure alignment before go-live.\nProvide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting to clients after implementation.\nAssist users with platform guidance, usage best practices, and functional queries.\nDocument configurations, key decisions, and follow-ups to ensure process traceability.\nMaintain professional, structured communication to ensure a premium onboarding experience.\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n2+ years of experience in functional analysis, implementation, onboarding, or technical support roles.\nHands-on experience with SaaS configuration and system setup.\nProven ability to work in client-facing environments, confirming requirements and managing expectations.\nNative or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2 - spoken and written) is mandatory.\nDetail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized mindset.\nStrong communication skills and a professional presence when dealing with stakeholders.\nHigh level of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nAvailability to work aligned with US time zones.\n\n\nNice to Have\n\n\nExperience in SaaS Onboarding, Professional Services, or Customer Success departments.\nPrevious background as a Functional Analyst or Implementation Specialist.\nFamiliarity with ticketing and support ecosystems (Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, etc.).\nExperience working with US or European-based clients and corporate cultures.\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\n100% remote work (LATAM).\nLong-term engagement with high impact in client digital transformation.\nExposure to international markets and global SaaS standards.\nCollaborative environment with a focus on professional excellence.\nClear processes and a structured onboarding framework.\nOpportunity to grow within a modern engineering and product culture.\n\n\nWhy Join Coderio?\n\n\nAt Coderio, we value talent regardless of location.
