About the role and why itโs unique:\n\n\n* Serve as a subject matter expert in responsible gaming, advising and supporting cross-functional teams (AML, Fraud, Customer Service) on best practices and escalated cases\n\n* Drive the development of a responsible gaming culture by collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives that promote healthy gameplay\n\n* Proactively monitor player activity to identify and address risky behaviors, using data analytics and detailed case investigations\n\n* Lead reviews of complex player account activities and assist in the development of response protocols for high-risk behaviors\n\n* Regularly update and refine responsible gaming reports, compliance logs, and alert systems in alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards\n\n\n\nWho you are:\n\n\n* Skilled in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and customer engagement within a gaming or similarly regulated environment\n\n* Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of investigating complex accounts and identifying patterns related to responsible gaming\n\n* Proficient in both written and verbal communication, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to resolve escalated issues diplomatically\n\n* Meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling sensitive matters with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity\n\n\n\nEven better if you have:\n\n\n* 2+ years of experience in responsible gaming, compliance, or a related field within the gaming industry, preferably with direct experience in a sportsbook or online gaming environment\n\n* Proven experience in process improvement, with the ability to implement and refine protocols that support responsible gaming efforts\n\n* Proficiency with data analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and ticketing or CRM systems such as Intercom\n\n* Flexibility to work at least one weekend day during peak sporting seasons\n\n\n\n\n\nOur target starting base salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000, plus target equity.
