Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal ofย enabling human life on Mars.\n\nRECRUITING COORDINATOR โ TEMPORARY POSITION\nAs a recruiting coordinator at SpaceX, your primary responsibility is to schedule all candidate onsite interviews, as well as making sure that candidates have a great experience and a successful interview day.ย You will also support your recruiting team, which may include but is not limited to greeting and touring candidates, and assisting with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. Recruiting coordinators are integral members of the recruiting team as we bring top talent to SpaceX.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES: \nโข Schedule onsite interviews\nโข Coordinate candidate travel\nโข Host candidates and manage day-of onsite interview logistics\nโข Learn about our business to the extent that you can speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups\nโข Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX\nโข Assist the talent operations team with special projects as needed\n\nPOSITION DETAILS:\nThis is a temporary position with SpaceX, for the length of time as stated, and is subject to change with minimal notice as business needs dictate.\nโข LENGTH OF POSITION: 6 months (permanent hire conversion based on performance and business need)\nโข LOCATION: Hawthorne, CA (requires being onsite - remote work not considered)\nโข SHIFT: standard business hours\n\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nโข Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university\nโข Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology\n\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nโข Minimum GPA of 3.0\nโข 6+ months of professional experience in human resources, marketing, sales, or technology (internship experience is applicable)\nโข Experience as a recruiting coordinator\nโข Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system\nโข Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools\nโข Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices\nโข Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities\nโข Team player with a high sense of urgency\nโข Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team's success\nโข Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information wi \n\n#Location\nHawthorne, CA
