The GoFundMe team is seeking a Manager, Web Project Management to execute our web roadmap in close partnership with the Director of Growth. This role is responsible for turning strategy into action—owning planning, coordination, and delivery across developers, web designers, and content workflows.\n\nYou'll manage the day-to-day execution of major web initiatives, including a theme rebuild, site redesign, new content launches, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. Success in this role comes from strong project management fundamentals, clear communication, and the ability to keep teams moving efficiently and predictably.\n\nThe Job\n\nWeb Roadmap Execution\n\n\n* Execute the web roadmap defined by Growth leadership, including:\n\n\n\n* Theme rebuilds and site redesigns\n\n* New content launches and ongoing content updates\n\n* CRO tests and site optimization initiatives\n\n\n\n* Translate strategy and requirements from Directors of Growth into:\n\n\n\n* Detailed project plans\n\n* Timelines, milestones, and task breakdowns\n\n* Clear ownership and delivery expectations\n\n\n\n* Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to keep work on track\n\n\n\n\nTeam & Delivery Management\n\n\n* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day work of Web developers & Web designers\n\n* Content upload and publishing workflows\n\n* Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, requirements, and deadlines\n\n* Plan and balance team capacity across multiple concurrent initiatives\n\n\n\n\nProject Management & Tooling\n\n\n* Own ClickUp as the system of record for web execution: Create and maintain project plans, task workflows, and dashboards\n\n* Ensure consistent project hygiene and documentatio
