\nJob Title: Human Resource Generalist\nLocation: US Based, EST or CST ONLY\nReporting Line: VP of Human Resources\n\n\nIntro: As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play an integral role in supporting the broader Human Resources team. This includes responsibilities within Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Onboarding. This role is designed for someone who can balance operational execution with strategic enablement. They can expect to be a hands-on contributor who ensures day-to-day processes run smoothly while also helping shape and elevate how the firm manages performance, engages employees, develops talent, and scales efficiently. The ideal candidate is skilled in supporting multiple areas of the HR team to drive consistency, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across the organization.\n\n\nHuman Resources Generalist Key Responsibilities:\nยท Maintain HR records, systems, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.\nยท Coordinate and administer the performance review process; ensuring timelines, communications, and documentation are effectively managed.\nยท Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the HR team as well as leadership to highlight trends, risks, and recommendations.\nยท Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and best practices.\nยท Collaborate with the HR team to support global employee engagement initiatives and cultural alignment.\nยท Provide general administrative support using our performance management system and learning management system, as well as other administration systems.\nยท Work with Learning and Development Director on training and development needs; including contributing to the planning of firm wide training and administration.\nยท Assist with ad hoc requests from all members of the firm relating to HR issues such as policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, etc.\nยท Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people have a positive, productive, and engaging workplace.\nยท Promptly respond to employee inquiries and concerns, handling them with professionalism and discretion. Escalate issues appropriately as necessary.\nยท Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and procedures across the back-office channels.\nยท Partner with Onboarding to aide with the life cycle of a new hire.\n\n\nQualifications:\nยท Familiarity with performance management processes and HR best practices.\nยท Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.\nยท 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a growing or professional service environment.\nยท Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nยท Demonstrated discretion and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.\nยท Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to build and maintain reports and trackers that inform leadership decisions.\nยท Proficient in HRIS and performance management systems; comfortable learning and navigating new technology quickly.\nยท Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering on commitments.\nยท Naturally collaborative, solutions-oriented, and committed to creating a positive employee experience. \nยท Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in constructive, professional dialogue in challenging situations. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n$65,000 - $75,000 a year\n \n\n#Location\nUnited States
