Weโre building an AI agent for e-commerce - Zipchat.ai
We believe the LLM revolution will change the way humanity shops. Weโre trying to figure out how exactly.
We work with hundreds of brands, weโre bootstrapped, weโre default-alive and weโre focused on innovating in the AI/Ecom space.
We have a Shopify app, a Whatsapp app but weโre building on top of open standards so we can support all kind of merchants.

Experience with Shopify or Metaโs APIs is a plus โ

What youโll be doing
Implementing business logic / features
Implementing UI ( customer side / merchant / admin )
Handling integrations with Shopify, Meta, etc.

We try to push to prod every day.
We take โShip fast and break thingsโ to heart.
Also โmonitor your own stuff and make sure you fix things if you break somethingโ ๐
Innovation velocity is our number one priority. We have no idea what will be useful to merchants and what wonโt be, so we try to ship โ collect feedback โ ship โ etc
Weโre a micro team
Weโre currently 3 founders, one of them is technical.
Youโll be working alongside the tech founder.
You have the freedom to work however you like
Weโre fully remote
Thereโs no working time ( CET is our anchor time )
Youโre expected to spend ~30 productive hours* per week on the project
Nobody cares if you moonlight, have a side hustle or you like to surf during the day - just do your job
You will be writing code 99% of the time, no bureaucracy
We have no meetings unless necessary ( async chat or loom is preferred )
We have no planning, no deadlines, no sprints, and no methodologies โ We take the next task and try to ship it ASAP
You figure things out, no babysitting
Youโll be presented with โshapedโ** features ( not too concrete, not too vague specs )
Youโll need to figure out how to build them following our product philosophy
Nobody will babysit you, youโll need to get things done or ask for help proactively
*Productive work hours - Hours spent actually working. We use Toggl to track our time.
