We’re growing fast and are excited to continue bringing world-class talent onboard to help shape the next chapter of our growth journey.\n\nPosition Summary:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Professional to join our company. In this role, you will assist with mitigating current and emerging risks by collaborating with business partners to develop and implement controls that align with the company’s strategic risk management objectives and regulatory requirements. \n\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $90,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.\n\nThis is a remote position.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n\n* Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement internal controls.\n\n* Conduct anti-money laundering transaction monitoring and case investigations.\n\n* Evaluate politically exposed persons and sanctions alerts.\n\n* Enhance existing compliance and risk management programs.\n\n* Evaluate regulations for applicability to our products and services and help develop creative and compliant processes and controls.\n\n* Execute projects accurately within timeframes allotted while working collaboratively across multiple lines of business. \n\n* Monitor adherence to policies and procedures and test the effectiveness of processes and controls to identify potential areas of weakness.\n\n* Assist with the implementation of corrective actions. \n\n* Be a team player and assist with cross functional compliance and ERM assignments. \n\n* All other duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n\n* 2+ years financial crimes experience in a financial services capacity.\n\n* 2+ years risk management experience in a financial services capacity.\n\n* Prior professional services, fintech, or financial services experience.\n\n* ACAMS designation.\n\n* CRCM, CERM, or CERP designation preferred, but not required. \n\n* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices across many financial laws and regulations with a focus in the areas of financial crimes, third party risk management, and model risk management. \n\n* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey risk and compliance concepts in an easily understandable manner. \n\n* Desire to be a team-player that collaborates with multiple business partners across multiple lines of business. \n\n\n
