\n\n Position Title: Creator Support Specialist\n\n*Pejota/Contractor Role\n\nAbout the role\n\nA Creator Support Specialist will help the LTK team with building on the growth of LTK creator businesses. In this role, you will learn what makes an LTK creator successful and offer a unique opportunity to help build on creator’s ecommerce shops. You will be thinking through business processes and data driven reports that will help accelerate businesses for a creator. In return, you’ll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. We do and that’s why we are offering a unique opportunity to help LTK influencers first hand. \n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and influencer marketing. Candidates are also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process and be able to recognize their own biases. \n\n\n* You have excellent administrative and communication skills\n\n* You have an interest in the analysing of data, data processing tools (eg Excel) and how this can be used to inform decision making\n\n* You are detail-oriented, highly organised and self-motivated\n\n* Self-motivated and a strong sense of responsibility to LTK, the influencers, and your peers\n\n* You have a strong passion for the Creator Economy including knowledge on developing platforms\n\n* Proactively engage with Creators to support growth and initiatives as needed\n\n* Attend team training sessions and meetings\n\n* Help creators build on ecommerce Shops through optimising posting frequency \n\n* Building creative concepts for creators based on data, acting as creators business arm \n\n* Apply social media theory to practise\n\n* Support special projects to increase Creator earning opportunities and team functionality\n\n* Bonus if you have an understanding of the LTK Shopping and LTK Creator App!\n\n\n\n\nWhat you will bring to LTK\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. Candidates are also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process, recognize their own biases, willing to learn data driven strategies and possess self-awareness to maintain alignment with team members. \n\n\n* Eager to learn & curious\n\n* Empathetic\n\n* Self-motivated and able to work remote \n\n* Independent with strong decision making skills\n\n* Strong written communication skills\n\n* Willingness to understand how data informs strategy; implementing in day to day \n\n* A strong sense of responsibility to LTK, the creators, and your peers\n\n* An understanding of social media practices\n\n* Some familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing\n\n* A desire to help out your teammates and learn alongside fantastic people\n\n* Bonus if you have an understanding of the LTK Shopping and LTK Creator App!\n\n* Required English language skills (spoken and written)\n\n* Functional experience with multiple social media platforms \n\n* Experience in customer relations \n\n* Basic understanding of social media and creator marketing\n\n* A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency\n\n* Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence\n\n* Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment\n\n* A growth mindset and openness to feedback\n\n\n\n
