We offer multispecialty physician services, telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and more.\n\nJob Summary\n\nTheoria Medical is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to oversee employment-related litigation and manage insurance coverage matters impacting labor and employment risks. This role is critical to protecting Theoria’s legal and financial interests across a complex regulatory landscape. The attorney will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a healthy workplace culture across our business operations.\n\nShift Structure \n\n\n* Remote position, Full Time, M-F, 40-50 hours/week\n\n* Preferred hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET \n\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Legal Counsel & Compliance\n\n\n\n* Provide strategic advice on employment law issues, including performance management, terminations, accommodations, leaves of absence, and workplace policies.\n\n* Lead or oversee internal investigations involving employee complaints or potential legal exposure.\n\n* Recommend corrective actions or legal strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.\n\n* Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws and advise HR and management on compliance.\n\n* Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and training programs related to employment practices. \n\n\n\n* Litigation Oversight\n\n\n\n* Manage and oversee employment litigation, including claims involving d\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
