If you have a passion for gaming, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are driven to excel, we want to hear from you.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Write and optimize code to implement and enhance Artificial Intelligence systems within gameplay mechanics autonomously.\n\n* Collaborate with designers and other team members to integrate AI functionality into various game systems.\n\n* Assist in designing and refining AI architectures to ensure robust and efficient performance.\n\n* Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve overall code quality and maintainability.\n\n* Proactively identify potential technical issues related to AI implementation and propose effective solutions.\n\n* Research and stay updated on advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to incorporate innovative approaches into game development.\n\n* Work closely with artists and animators to integrate AI behaviors seamlessly into the game world.\n\n* Contribute to the development and documentation of AI-related tools and pipelines to streamline workflow processes.\n\n* \n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience programming video games, with focus on AI development of Enemy Behaviors and NPCs using Behavior Trees, EQS or GOAP.\n\n* Demonstrated experience collaborating with other programmers on shared codebases.\n\n* Intermediate level of proficiency in English (approximately B1).\n\n\n\n\nBonus:\n\n\n* Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine or similar game engines.\n\n* Familiarity with custom engine development.\n\n* Strong programming skills in C++.\n\n* Knowledge of networking principles and experience implementing multiplayer features.\n\n* Academic background in 3D mathematics, including linear algebra, trigonometry, and vectors.\n\n* Previous experience working with large, existing codebases.\n\n* Understanding of game design principles and mechanics.\n\n* Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.\n\n* Advanced level of proficiency in English (approximately C1).\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
