\nFLSA STATUS: Exempt\nDEPARTMENT: Sales\nSUPERVISOR: Global Sales Director\nDIRECT REPORTS: None\n\nPosition Summary\n\nThis position is responsible for driving growth and profitability across the U.S. Aerospace & Defense (A&D) market for Intelliconnect. The U.S. A&D Sales Manager/Technical Sales Manager will own customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position Intelliconnect’s high-performance interconnect solutions within strategic defense, marine, cryogenic, and medical markets.\n\nWe’re looking for a technically minded sales professional with the ability to bridge engineering and customer engagement - someone who can confidently represent complex products, understand customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver precision solutions.\n\nSuccess in this role means meeting revenue goals, expanding key accounts, and strengthening Intelliconnect’s presence across prime contractors, OEMs, and system integrators. This person thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and values innovation, responsiveness, and trusted partnerships.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nEducation:\n• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.\n• Equivalent technical and sales experience may be considered.\n\nExperience:\n• 5+ years of technical sales experience in interconnect systems, RF/microwave, cable assemblies, or other engineered components.\n• Proven success developing new business and managing accounts in the Aerospace & Defense industry.\n• Experience supporting DOD contractors, primes, and major OEMs preferred.\n\nKnowledge:\n• Working knowledge of interconnect and connector manufacturing, cable assemblies, and custom engineered solutions.\n• Understanding of A&D pro \n\n#Location\nUS - REMOTE
