If you're passionate about using technology to make the path from inspiration to execution more accessible, intentional, and relevant, come join us.\nRole Overview\nWe are eager to grow our YouTube channel with mid-length videos covering AI, writing tools, grammar rules, and related topics. \n\nTo this end, we are looking for a freelance video editor to take raw footage and turn it into engaging, polished videos for these categories, as well as adapt and refine existing video content to align with our brand and style guidelines.\n\nThe goal is for these videos to attract and engage viewers on YouTube, driving organic traffic to our channel and tools, and to be discoverable through search so they can reach and help millions of viewers every month.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Follow the content brief to execute requested edits, ensuring each video meets goals for structure, pacing, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. \n\n* Transform raw footage into clear, engaging, well-structured mid-length videos (1–10 minutes) that communicate content effectively. \n\n* Add visual examples, annotations, callouts, and other on-screen elements to enhance understanding and engagement. \n\n* Create strong visual hooks and suggest eye-catching thumbnails to attract viewers. \n\n* Apply brand guidelines consistently, including logos, colors, and fonts. \n\n* Repurpose existing mid-length video content into polished short-form videos. \n\n* Assist with quality control by reviewing final videos before publication to ensure high standards.\n\n\n\n\nIf our collaboration works out well, there will be opportunities to extend the collaboration or expand your responsibilities and the types of content you work on.\n\n \n\n#Location\nGermany
